We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Sales Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the industry.

📌 Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai

🕒 Experience: 2–7 Years (Preferred in Technical / Project / Industrial / IT / Electrical / Fire & Safety domains)

📚 Qualification: Graduate / MBA / Engineering Background Preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in Data Center Solutions, Electrical Projects, Fire Protection, Security & Surveillance, HVAC, IT Networking, Infrastructure, and Safety Systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors & decision-makers.
• Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the project & technical team for seamless project execution.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Improve the company’s market visibility and brand presence.

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Technical understanding of Electrical, Fire, Safety, and Data Center Infrastructure (preferred)
• Good negotiation & closure abilities
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Self-driven, target-oriented & proactive
• Excellent market understanding
